Using a three person business enterprise as an example, how would decision making and raising capital be addressed, especially in the "soviet" method of voted weighted according to salary?
The difficulty arises in taking as fixed or necessary the business unit of 3 persons - one difficult to manage in a manner that stresses collectivity and democracy. If the latter values are to be given a high priority, then size of enterprise becomes a variable that would need to accommodate to those values' high priority. So if (and it is an "if") a three person business enterprise of the sort you sketch were resistant to an effective democratic organization, then there might need to be rather a different way to organize the enterprise including its size etc. Remember too that the debate rages inside capitalism whether its rules and procedures can or cannot accommodate mega-corporations so that trust-busting must recur etc.
